An Introduction

 Hello.

I started this blog to put to paper what's on my mind and how I feel.  And if it reaches and touches other people, I'm happy to spark any debate or relate.  It's honestly just to express myself. 

 A little bit about myself:

• I work in the outdoors as a saltwater fisheries biologist.
• I am number 5 of 8 children. 
• I am a dog mom to a beautiful black lab mix, Sadie.
• I love music, art, and theater.
• I'm one of those nerds that loves anime and manga.
• I read almost anything and everything, except politics.
• I like to game. I get a lot of flak for liking Fortnite.
• I do write a little when I find the inspiration to write.
• I will pop off some dad jokes at any given moment.
• I love to make people laugh.  
• I fully believe that "a day without happiness is a day wasted." -Charlie Chaplin
• I love love love blankets. I'm a fiend when it comes to blankets.
• I will stand up for what I believe and I will fight for my every single one of my friends.

I'm sure I could go on all day thinking of things to write about myself.  But I'm not here to be a narcissist.  Well...kind of.  I am here to project myself a little bit in my writing and daily life.  Sit tight. It's sure to be an adventure.
